Job Description

Potomac Custom Remodeling Inc. is seeking an experienced sales leader to help build and guide a high-performing home-improvement sales team in Seaford, Delaware. This Sales Manager role combines base pay with commissions to drive sustained growth, focusing on coaching reps, developing closers, and establishing a results-driven sales culture. Onsite, you will lead from the field and model strong selling habits to lift the entire team.

Responsibilities

  • Coach Sales Reps: Train team members on the full sales process, from running appointments to overcoming objections and closing more customers.
  • Develop Closers: Work one-on-one with reps to improve communication, confidence, product knowledge, and conversion rates.
  • Lead from the Field: Stay connected to the sales process by demonstrating strong selling habits and setting the standard.
  • Build Accountability: Review performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and create a culture where people consistently get better.
