Sales Manager - Home Improvement

Join River Valley Remodelers in Eau Claire, WI as a Sales Manager and own the sales motion for an in-home remodeling team. This is an onsite, hands-on leadership role focused on closing deals in the field, coaching reps, and driving consistent execution of a 10-step in-home sales process. If you bring direct in-home sales experience and a structured approach to performance, you will have the opportunity to lead from the front and take ownership of the local market.

What you’ll do

• Lead from the front in the home, helping drive outcomes through direct customer engagement
• Coach and develop the sales team through ongoing guidance and in-field support
• Maintain consistent performance and work to improve results over time
• Take ownership of the Eau Claire market, aligning local execution with team goals
• Close deals in the field while partnering closely with reps
• Ensure our 10-step in-home sales process is followed and executed the right way
• Work directly with reps to keep the process and quality standards on track

What you bring

• Direct In Home experience is required
• Experience with a structured sales process and the ability to hold a team to it
• A leader who is comfortable jumping in and setting the pace

• Base pay + performance bonuses

Pay range: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Work location: In person (onsite in Eau Claire, WI)
