Pandora Jewelry is expanding its wholesale operations and engraving program, seeking a seasoned Sales Support Specialist in Business Development to help drive network growth from our Baltimore base. This role partners across Wholesale, Retail Operations, Finance, and additional teams to ensure precise execution and strong operational readiness across Pandora’s store portfolio, including owned, franchise, and multi-brand locations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute operational account movement activities for wholesale and multi-brand partner locations, including openings, relocations, remodels, closures, change of ownership, and name changes.
  • Maintain accuracy across systems, trackers, documentation, and workflows tied to wholesale account movement.
  • Collaborate with Wholesale leadership and business partners to ensure seamless transitions and execution.
  • Support operational readiness and business continuity across wholesale partner locations.
  • Serve as the primary operational owner of the engraving program across all channels, including owned & operated and multi-brand locations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and support ongoing engraving program execution.
  • Assist expansion initiatives, including rollout and operational readiness for multi-brand locations.
  • Coordinate communications, tools, resources, and operational support related to engraving capabilities, launches, symbols, and updates.
  • Monitor operational trends, ticket visibility, and opportunities related to engraving execution and performance.
  • Partner with Training, Fan Experience, Wholesale, Global partners, and field leadership to support adoption and execution.
  • Lead and support operational initiatives and evolving business needs that drive growth, enhance execution, or address gaps.
  • Identify, assess, and implement solutions for emerging operational challenges and opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support development, rollout, and operationalization of new tools, processes, resources, and business initiatives as defined by needs.
  • Manage project coordination, communication, tracking, and execution for initiatives affecting stores, wholesale partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with special projects and priorities arising from evolving business needs or growth initiatives.
  • Support transitions of projects into sustainable long-term ownership and ongoing operational processes where applicable.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in wholesale operations, customer service, or related field; experience in retail or supply chain management preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage wholesale or partner support operations effectively.
  • Strong understanding of retail and wholesale operational processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in reporting and operational management tools.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
