High proficiency in financial calculations.
Experience in project management, merger and acquisitions, due diligence, and transactions.
Comfort using generative AI and AI-enabled tools.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional discretion.
Superior problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, oral and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI tools.
