Storm Sales Manager In-Training

HomeCure is looking for Storm Sales Specialists to support homeowners in Arlington, VA after hail, wind, and severe weather events. In this onsite role, you will guide customers through the insurance restoration journey, from initial inspection through project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Explain the insurance restoration process to homeowners and help them understand next steps.
• Inspect properties to identify potential hail and wind damage.
• Support homeowners throughout the claim and restoration process.
• Meet with insurance adjusters when appropriate.
• Build long-term customer relationships and deliver a strong customer experience.
• Manage each customer from the first inspection through project completion.

Required Qualifications

• Sales or roofing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Self-motivated, personable, competitive, and comfortable working independently.

Training and Support

• Training on storm damage, roofing, and the insurance restoration process.
• Support from an experienced team.

Compensation

$75,000 to $175,000 per year (pay: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year). Compensation structure is 100% commission with unlimited earning potential.
