Job Description

Alliance Mobile Inc is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Manager to lead our West Chester, PA storefront onsite. This role guides a sales team, drives store profitability, and oversees daily operations in a fast-paced wireless retail environment. You will lead by example and manage a 45- to 50-hour week that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitability: Boost store profits and hit sales targets with strategic flair
  • Lead and develop: Coach and develop the sales team to deliver stellar performance
  • Recruit and guide: Recruit, hire, and guide staff, making tough decisions when needed
  • Oversee operations: Manage store operations, scheduling, and compliance
  • Lead by example: Use role-plays and hands-on coaching to teach and motivate
  • Support customers: Jump in to assist transactions and create memorable experiences
  • Onboard new hires: Partner with trainers to welcome and train new staff
  • Uphold standards: Maintain Alliance Mobile's standards and expect the same from your team
  • Stay connected: Communicate effectively within the Alliance Mobile community
  • Bring energy: Commit to 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Hands-on duties: Lift up to 25 pounds as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of leading teams
  • Proven sales performance with a history of meeting or surpassing goals and delivering top-tier customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with solid interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
  • Tech comfort with computers, wireless devices, and related tech
