Ultimate LLC is building future sales leaders through a structured training track based out of its Kansas City Headquarters in Overland Park, KS. This onsite role starts as a Sales Development Representative position with direct mentorship from sales leadership, ongoing coaching, and real performance-based milestones that can lead to a Sales Manager track.
Role Overview
You will prospect new clients, grow relationships with subcontractors and decision-makers, and help expand into new markets across three assigned major cities. The program includes structured onboarding, weekly development and accountability, travel to build relationships in your territory, and phase-based leadership responsibilities tied to performance.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Build and expand relationships with subcontractors and decision-makers
- Develop new markets across three assigned major cities
- Conduct market research and visit active job sites
- Attend networking events and represent Ultimate professionally
- Track activity, pipeline, and growth opportunities in the CRM
- Report on performance and consistently look for ways to win more business
- Travel regularly to develop relationships in assigned territories
- Support onboarding and training as part of Phase 2 – Emerging Leader
- Mentor newer sales reps, lead meetings and role-plays, and demonstrate leadership without needing a title during Phase 2
- Recruit and hire future sales talent, train and develop salespeople, drive accountability and performance, coach team members, and create future leaders during Phase 3 – Sales Manager
- Help Ultimate expand into new markets during Phase 3
Training and Leadership Track
The Ultimate Sales Leadership Track is organized into three phases, with promotions based on performance, leadership, and results. You will receive day-one training plus ongoing coaching, including structured onboarding, professional sales training, coaching, role-playing, and development with progress tracked against clear milestones.
- Phase 1 – Sales Development Representative: Master prospecting and business development, build a book of business, learn the construction staffing industry, hit activity and revenue goals, and become an expert in Ultimate’s sales processes
- Phase 2 – Emerging Leader: Assist with onboarding and training, mentor newer reps, lead meetings and role-plays, demonstrate leadership without a title, and become a positive influence on culture
- Phase 3 – Sales Manager: Recruiting and hiring, training and developing salespeople, driving accountability and performance, coaching team members toward success, creating future leaders, and supporting expansion into new markets
Weekly Competition and Accountability

This position is based in the Kansas City Headquarters and is onsite in Overland Park, KS.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary is USD 85,000 - 100,000 per year, with base salary plus uncapped commission. OTE is $85K–$100K Year One, with a $25K year-end bonus (must qualify). Multiple reps in this position make $500K+, with earning potential of $140K+ in Year Two and $250K+ in Year Three and beyond.
