Job Description
NC Mutual Wholesale Drug is offering a full-time, on-site opportunity in Macon, GA with a starting base salary of $70,000 per year. Responsibilities
- Expand reach in existing markets to attract new customers
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the business model, programs, services, and operations
- Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships
- Maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts and current customers by sharing service details, programs, product information, promotions, and industry updates
- Participate in required sales training to sustain a consultative approach with all customers
- Apply consultative selling to uncover individual needs and deliver tailored proposals
- Deliver presentations and qualify prospects within the assigned territory
- Identify benefits and gaps, outline growth opportunities, and provide quarterly business reviews on market competition
- Maintain a timely and efficient call schedule with customers and prospects
- Work effectively within the territory
- Facilitate communication between teams to achieve sales objectives
- Utilize CRM software to log all communications and manage follow-ups
- Close new business to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight trips to conferences and regional sales meetings

Education
Bachelor's degree in business, pharmacy, or related field (Required)
Experience
- Pharmaceutical sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- B2B sales: 5 years (Required)
Travel
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight travel, to events such as conferences and regional sales meetings. 100% travel is preferred.
