Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with DoW S&T laboratories and development agencies.
- Lead capture efforts and develop business cases for CRAD opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to advance concept development and prototype validation.
- Advocate for internal stakeholders and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support budget development and financial planning for S&GS Advanced Programs.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Science & Technology organizations, the US Government acquisition process, and aligning the POM with service objectives.
- Experience working with S&T labs and service requirements offices; understanding of current service force structure postures and long term service vision.
- Aptitude for strategic and financial analysis, capture management, and teaming.
- Polished communicator able to establish and maintain rapport with internal and external senior leaders.
- Knowledge of the USG RDT&E and the federal acquisition process.
- Experience in the defense contracting capture process.
- Current active Interim Secret security clearance required.
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Remote and Work Arrangements
