Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the automotive and industrial industries.
• Nurture and strengthen relationships with current clients to support satisfaction and retention.
• Perform market analysis to spot trends and growth opportunities.
• Create strategic plans to meet sales targets and broaden market share.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align development initiatives with operations.
• Negotiate client contracts and agreements to optimize profitability.
• Leverage CRM systems such as Salesforce to log leads, opportunities, and interactions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business development and sales or management within manufacturing.
• BS in Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive.
• Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Strategic thinker capable of turning market insights into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred.
• Project management experience is a plus but not required.
