Overview

We are seeking motivated, outgoing sales professionals to expand our commercial customer base and overall business. The role suits individuals who are personable, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable engaging with prospects. Commission-based compensation rewards results, and the right candidate will professionally represent the brand while actively pursuing new opportunities. The role is primarily field-based, with most activity occurring outside the office as you visit prospects, attend events, and nurture leads.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective commercial clients
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new leads
  • Follow up with customers in a timely, organized manner
  • Promote golf cart sales, rentals, service, financing, accessories, warranties, and other Tigon offerings
  • Visit businesses, communities, campgrounds, event venues, apartment complexes, sports facilities, and similar prospects
  • Represent the Tigon brand professionally in the field
  • Learn Tigon’s products, pricing, services, and quoting process
  • Use Tigon systems to track leads, quotes, notes, and customer activity
  • Coordinate with headquarters when quotes, inventory, pricing, or approvals are needed
  • Attend trade shows, demo days, local events, and customer meetings when approved
  • Foster long-term commercial relationships for Tigon Golf Carts
  • Actively pursue trade shows, demo days, pop-up sales, and local event opportunities
  • Keep promotional materials, business cards, and customer-facing information current and professional

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Comfortable with local travel
  • Willing to travel overnight when approved or required
  • Professional, reliable, and organized
  • Clear communication by phone, text, email, and in person
  • Ability to learn Tigon’s products, pricing, and services
  • Proficient with computer systems
  • Maintain a professional appearance while representing the company
  • Background checks, motor vehicle record checks, drug testing, references, or employment verification may be part of the process

Experience

B2B sales experience is required, with at least 3 years of relevant work.

Schedule

This role may be full-time or part-time. While the schedule is flexible, a minimum of 20 hours per week is expected, with up to 40 hours possible. Overtime requires written approval. Most work happens in the field, with roughly 90% outside an office environment.

Travel

Willingness to travel locally is required; 100% travel is preferred for this role, including overnight trips when approved or required.
