Business Development Manager

Servicemaster by Holobinko is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to drive growth across Central Pennsylvania. This on-site role in Muncy focuses on selling the ServiceMaster restoration system to insurance agents, property management firms, and commercial accounts, with significant travel to cultivate relationships and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with office staff to support sales efforts for the franchise
• Listen to customers and develop strategies to sustain and grow accounts
• Assist in shaping marketing strategies for potential new accounts
• Lead the rollout of new programs and onboarding of new accounts
• Be accountable for meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Interpret management data to inform decision making
• Operate within budgetary guidelines
• Track sales results consistently against established goals
• Continuously develop new relationships in the insurance sector
• Organize outings for current customers
• Identify and target new and existing customers with growth potential
• Proactively develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Represent the company at association and networking events
• Prepare proposals with senior management and contribute as needed
• Report on business performance as required

Requirements

• Authorized to legally work in the United States
• Background check and drug testing required
• Energetic self-starter
• Ability to work nights or weekends and travel
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Proven negotiation skills and ability to establish rapport with customers
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and internet research tools
• Honesty, trustworthiness, and a track record of meeting goals with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
• Ability to spend 85% of time on the road visiting customers
• Travel out of area and state may be required for CAT situations
