Role Summary
This full-time role covers the North and South American markets and is based in Texas. The Business Development Manager drives sales growth and market expansion for Accuver’s wireless testing, optimization, and next-generation connectivity solutions. You will cultivate long-term strategic relationships with mobile operators, vendors, and integrators, managing the complete sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to contract acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Meet defined sales quotas and targets set in collaboration with the executive team
- Generate new business by prospecting, conducting in-person meetings, and maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Engage senior decision-makers and C-level executives at both existing and prospective accounts using consultative techniques to align with their business goals
- Develop targeted account plans and regional go-to-market strategies, maintain accurate forecasts, and report performance to management
- Coordinate RFP responses, prepare pricing and commercial proposals, and negotiate terms through to customer acceptance
- Contribute to market development efforts, including competitor analysis and regional trend reporting to inform product roadmap
- Become a subject matter expert on Accuver's portfolio, articulating technical features and differentiators to address customer pain points
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and coordinate demonstrations with engineering and support teams
- Position Accuver effectively against competitors by leveraging its strengths during consultative sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer feedback and market trends into product enhancement and deployment
- Address technical escalations from customers and coordinate with R&D to resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications, Wireless Communications, or Signal Processing; or Business degree with equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years outside B2B sales and account management experience in the telecom sector; experience selling RF test and measurement or network optimization solutions is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of 4G/5G/6G wireless networks, RF testing, network optimization principles, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States for any employer
