Job Description

KELI Labs is hiring an onsite Business Development Manager to grow calibration services across the Southeast US and LATAM from Pembroke Pines, FL, with a focus on aerospace and defense and a high autonomy, relationship-driven sales approach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business across Florida, the Southeast US, and LATAM, with a focus on aerospace and defense customers
  • Build relationships with MROs, OEMs, suppliers, and quality and compliance teams
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in a technical, regulated environment
  • Collaborate with internal operations and lab teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer requirements
  • Own your territory with high autonomy and a real impact on company growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B business development or sales experience
  • Proven success in long sales cycles and relationship-based selling
  • Experience selling into aerospace, defense, aviation, MRO, or other regulated industries strongly preferred
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical service offerings (calibration, testing, inspection, etc.)
  • Self-starter who can build a territory rather than rely on inbound leads
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Willingness to travel within the region

Compensation

  • Base salary: $50,000-80,000 per year
  • Target total compensation: $150K-250K+ (based on experience and performance)
  • Performance-based commission
