Business Development Manager (Aerospace & Defense)
Job Description
KELI Labs is hiring an onsite Business Development Manager to grow calibration services across the Southeast US and LATAM from Pembroke Pines, FL, with a focus on aerospace and defense and a high autonomy, relationship-driven sales approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business across Florida, the Southeast US, and LATAM, with a focus on aerospace and defense customers
- Build relationships with MROs, OEMs, suppliers, and quality and compliance teams
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in a technical, regulated environment
- Collaborate with internal operations and lab teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer requirements
- Own your territory with high autonomy and a real impact on company growth
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B business development or sales experience
- Proven success in long sales cycles and relationship-based selling
- Experience selling into aerospace, defense, aviation, MRO, or other regulated industries strongly preferred
- Ability to understand and communicate technical service offerings (calibration, testing, inspection, etc.)
- Self-starter who can build a territory rather than rely on inbound leads
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Willingness to travel within the region

Compensation
- Base salary: $50,000-80,000 per year
- Target total compensation: $150K-250K+ (based on experience and performance)
- Performance-based commission
