Job Description

Onsite in Glendale, CA with a salary range of USD 40,000 - 110,000 per yearly. This role is ideal for motivated marketers and operations professionals who will lead business development in the restoration industry, focusing on strategic planning, project management, and sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and cultivate strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals.
  • Identify and analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective customer relationship management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to track progress, manage leads, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Lead project management efforts to ensure timely execution of initiatives and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices in sales and business development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in B2B marketing or restoration/construction marketing (Required).
  • Strong knowledge of software tools relevant to business development, including Salesforce.
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Proven ability in strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Experience in sales with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, ensuring effective delivery of projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
