Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit and community campaigns at events, pop-ups, and outreach locations to engage communities.
- Cultivate relationships with community members, donors, business partners, and supporters.
- Assist in designing and executing growth and outreach plans.
- Identify opportunities to expand campaigns and form new community partnerships.
- Participate in fundraising activities and donor engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing and business development initiatives.
- Monitor outreach performance, engagement metrics, and overall campaign growth.
- Contribute ideas to enhance community impact and organizational growth.
- Develop fundamentals of leadership, recruiting, campaign management, and territory development.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter mentality.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Motivated by growth, leadership, and performance based advancement.
- Passion for community impact and nonprofit initiatives.
- Comfortable working in fast paced, team oriented environments.
- Background in sales, fundraising, customer service, marketing, hospitality, athletics, or leadership is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
Pay: $600.00 - $900.00 per week
Work Location
Location: Charleston, SC onsite; in person at the West Ashley office.
