Business Development Representative

Legacy Restoration LLC is hiring full-time Business Development Representatives in Northfield, MN for an onsite role. This position focuses on building relationships with homeowners in the field, introducing restoration solutions, and coordinating appointments for Closing Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods to identify and engage homeowners
• Build genuine rapport with homeowners
• Introduce homeowners to the restoration solutions Legacy provides
• Schedule appointments for the company’s Closing Sales Representatives

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage
• Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch

Compensation

USD 46,800 per year plus commission as a competitive starting pay.

Work Hours

• Winter: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm; Saturday 10:00 am-3:00 pm
• Summer: Monday-Friday 11:00 am-7:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am-2:00 pm

The role is designed for candidates who meet the core field requirements, including being 18+ years old, holding a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, obtaining the necessary solicitation permit, and consistently walking through neighborhoods while traveling locally within 2 hours of the branch when needed.
