Job Description
The role is focused on advancing switchgear product sales from a defined territory based in Columbus, OH. You will prospect for new opportunities, deliver customer presentations, and support accurate product specifications across the customer and project ecosystem.
Role Focus
Recruiting for a Switchgear Products Sales Rep responsible for selling a full line of switchgear products from a territory in Columbus, OH. The position includes active prospecting, customer-facing sales execution, and product specification expertise for stakeholders involved in electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business, develop leads, and close sales
- Conduct sales presentations to customers
- Provide product specification expertise to end users, installers, consultants, and engineers
Requirements
- 3 years+ of switchgear or electrical sales experience
- Alternatively, a background as a project engineer
Compensation and Pay
USD 115,000 - 180,000 per year. Compensation is described as 115-130k base + bonus, along with a car reimbursement plan, health insurance, and related benefits to support an overall total compensation target of approximately 180K.
