Responsibilities

  • Assist with new product commercialization efforts
  • Plan and oversee launches across Stanley Black & Decker’s strategic business units
  • Lead and execute a comprehensive marketing and development plan by segment
  • Grow demand and sales by solving customer problems, proposing product refinements, and coordinating the sales team with relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set deadlines and define product roadmaps
  • Streamline launch procedures and identify new opportunities to drive growth
  • Educate the salesforce on new products and ensure effective communication
  • Develop and implement marketing vision, strategies, and long-range plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree; preferred fields include Business Management or Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of an organization to drive strategy, influence owners, and establish procedures
  • Proven skill in building and aligning a team to the strategic plan, holding yourself accountable for setbacks while crediting the team for successes
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to resolve end-user issues in your region
