Job Description

Inside Sales Development Representative in Brookfield, WI (hybrid) focused on B2B lead generation, outbound outreach, appointment setting, and CRM data management.

Responsibilities

  • B2B lead generation
  • Research and identify leads in local markets
  • Initiate the sales process by conducting outbound calls and coordinate the initial consultation meeting
  • Interact with business owners across industries such as healthcare, retail, corporate offices, fitness centers, and more
  • Outbound calling without an auto dialer
  • Quality appointment setting
  • Coordinate sales appointments for the Outside Sales Representatives
  • Build and maintain professional rapport with potential clients
  • Achieve or exceed sales metrics and revenue targets
  • Data entry through CRM database
  • Other duties as assigned to meet business needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience and CRM experience required
  • Solid experience making 80+ outbound calls per day
  • Confident in dialing and setting appointments with decision makers
  • Strong CRM data entry skills
  • Availability to work 8:00am-5:00pm in-office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; Wednesday remote; Friday off
