Lead Business Development Rep, Centralized PBD North

The Lead Business Development Representative for Centralized PBD North directs a designated team or Center of Excellence, serving as the product line expert and driving growth by expanding physician referrals across targeted markets.

USD 65,835 - 85,585 per year

Education

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a designated team or Center of Excellence and act as the expert for the designated product line and services
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve volume goals and set priorities
• Manage a personal portfolio and develop territory-based growth plans to market the Baptist Health South Florida product line and attract business from both new and existing physician referrals
• Develop market plans, initiate market activities, and assess new markets and business opportunities
• Explore and build partner relationships with the PBD team to develop or enhance business alliances
• Plan and execute new business initiatives for specific products and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (required). A Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or a related field is an additional qualification
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare business development
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with a proven record in meeting goals/objectives and in executing and implementing strategic initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels, including C-suite leadership
• Results oriented
• Minimum required experience: 5 years
