Job Description
The Lead Business Development Representative for Centralized PBD North directs a designated team or Center of Excellence, serving as the product line expert and driving growth by expanding physician referrals across targeted markets.

Salary
USD 65,835 - 85,585 per year
Education
- Required: Bachelor's degree
- Additional qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or a related field
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for a designated team or Center of Excellence and act as the expert for the designated product line and services
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve volume goals and set priorities
- Manage a personal portfolio and develop territory-based growth plans to market the Baptist Health South Florida product line and attract business from both new and existing physician referrals
- Develop market plans, initiate market activities, and assess new markets and business opportunities
- Explore and build partner relationships with the PBD team to develop or enhance business alliances
- Plan and execute new business initiatives for specific products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required). A Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or a related field is an additional qualification
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare business development
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a proven record in meeting goals/objectives and in executing and implementing strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels, including C-suite leadership
- Results oriented
- Minimum required experience: 5 years
