Manager of Business Development
Job Description
Center of Family Love in Okarche, OK (onsite) seeks a Manager of Business Development to oversee operations for vocational programs serving adults with developmental disabilities, with a salary of USD 45,000 - 55,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Oversee State Use contracts management and ensure orders are fulfilled by designated timeline for Filter Center.
- Prepare and submit mandatory reports, including quarterly State Use reports, Supra/man hour reports, and monthly manager reports.
- Coordinate with the VP of Business Development to renew the Department of Labor Subminimum Wage Certificate every two years.
- Manage contracts with Nortek, OEMA, and ATC leadership, along with CFL-related businesses, and assist the Director of Horticulture & Floral with procedures and sales to stay compliant with State Use Rules and Regulations.
- Conduct iterative Fair Market Analysis.
- Review and approve semi-annual time studies conducted at work sites and ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
- Serve as CLF liaison with state agencies regarding sales opportunities and legislation, in conjunction with the VP of Business Development.
- Ensure inventories and related paperwork are submitted to accounting by deadlines.
- Monitor the completion of classes and trainings for vocational staff.
- Complete the annual DDSD survey.
- Attend IP meetings for vocational clients when required in the absence of the VPC.
- Inspect or visit work sites at least once monthly.
- Complete 20 hours of annual training.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent business experience required.
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities highly preferred.
- Demonstrated sales experience highly preferred.
