Real Estate Sales Manager (Director of Sales)
Job Description
Lead growth for a New Jersey real estate brokerage by converting referred residential opportunities into closed sales and leases while managing and developing agent operations.
Responsibilities
- Convert referred leads from the managed portfolio into closed sales and leasing deals
- Build the model shape your agent value proposition with Lone Eagle Management, including splits, structure, support systems, and the resources offered to agents
- Recruit source, attract, and close producing residential agents
- Develop onboard, coach, and hold agents to a production standard
- Produce maintain a personal book of business while serving in the management role
- Run the division own agent operations, deal flow, transaction coordination, and compliance with New Jersey real estate law
- Feed the platform route management, leasing, and home services opportunities back into the company
Requirements
- Active New Jersey real estate license (required)
- New Jersey broker’s license is the advancement path
- Either proven leadership experience leading five or more agents with production results you can show in numbers, or a strong personal production history
- Experience holding people accountable and having difficult conversations
- Comfort with building processes and direction, not only inheriting an existing model
- Operates within a process-driven environment; uses GoHighLevel and a custom operations platform

Compensation
- Competitive base salary with a defined path to increase as performance is proven
- Personal production on an agent split
- Performance override on managed agent production
- Producing manager total compensation expectation in year one: $110,000-$130,000, increasing with division growth
- 90-day mutual fit window (first 90 days)
Pay
- $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
