Job Description

Sky Hooks, a brand under TCL Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a Regional Event Sales Manager to own the Southern Indiana market and drive profitable growth through hands-on event leadership. This contract, territory-based role combines hands-on event execution with strategic calendar management, P&L oversight, and team scaling to maximize performance across targeted markets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage an event calendar covering profitable markets, fairs, craft shows, and festivals.
  • Evaluate and select events to maximize traffic and reach the right audience.
  • Initially run events personally with simple table setups, before scaling the staffing approach.
  • Present Sky Hooks with energy and confidence to attract attendees and drive sales at the booth.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and pay subcontractors to staff events as you scale your presence.
  • Ensure every booth is well staffed by brand representatives who promote enthusiastically.
  • Track sales, inventory, and basic expenses, then review event P&Ls to improve results.

Southern Indiana, including Bloomington and surrounding regions.

1099 Contractor — Territory-based

Hybrid remote in Bloomington, IN 47401.

Compensation and Structure

  • This role operates as a territory ownership opportunity.
  • $50 guaranteed per event day.
  • 15% commission on all sales in your territory, with no cap.
  • You control staffing and pay subcontractors out of your commission.
  • Quarterly bonus based on the profitability of your events’ P&Ls.
  • Initial territory is Southern Indiana, with potential to expand into additional areas based on performance.

Typical Earnings

  • 1-day event: often in the 180 to 350+ USD range.
  • 2-day event: often in the 295 to 355+ USD range or higher.
