Job Description

Regional Sales Manager responsible for all sales and marketing in a designated Michigan territory for MIDC, onsite in Detroit, MI.

Responsibilities

  • Grow infusion volumes across sites within the assigned Michigan territory
  • Travel within the territory to cultivate all markets
  • Engage physicians, nurses, medical assistants and other decision makers
  • Educate specialty offices on MIC patient care services and offerings
  • Recognize and thank referral sources for their contributions
  • Provide market feedback and submit growth ideas for the designated areas
  • Plan routing and scheduling to maintain an efficient sales cycle
  • Stay informed about market conditions and discuss updates with referral sources
  • Address customer concerns and collaborate with nursing to strengthen relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Three to five years of national sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales initiatives; medical sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to travel at least 75% of the time across the designated territory
  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Proof of current vaccinations and boosters commonly required for work with immunocompromised patients, including measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis A and B, influenza, and COVID-19

  • Base salary of $85,000 per year plus a monthly bonus of $2,500 for the first 12 months

  • Follow legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding patient and proprietary company information
  • Understand and comply with HIPPA rules and regulations
  • Comply with accreditation, legal, regulatory, government and safety requirements
