Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
Kingdom Tours is hiring an onsite Regional Sales Manager role supporting Blest Art. This position combines field sales ownership with team leadership, with frequent regional and overnight travel to church and parish events. Compensation: $62,661.99 - $75,463.91 per year (base salary and performance-based bonuses). Job type: Full-Time. Schedule: Regular weekend work required. Travel: Frequent regional and overnight travel required. Approved business travel expenses are handled according to Blest Art’s company travel policy.
What you’ll do
- Manage and develop assigned sales territories, with ownership of performance and growth.
- Travel to churches and parishes throughout assigned regions, working regularly on weekends when events are scheduled.
- Represent Blest Art professionally at church and parish events, ensuring visits are properly prepared and executed.
- Build and maintain relationships with pastors, priests, clergy, parish staff, and church leadership, including developing new church and parish relationships.
- Coordinate church schedules and event logistics, including merchandise, inventory, transportation, and displays.
- Provide follow-up with churches before and after scheduled visits.
- Train, coach, and assist assigned employees and representatives, establishing expectations and monitoring performance.
- Monitor sales results and work with team members to achieve established goals.
- Maintain accurate sales, activity, and territory records, and provide regular reports to Blest Art leadership.
- Identify new opportunities for regional growth and resolve problems quickly and professionally.
- Protect and maintain Blest Art’s professional reputation, while working closely with Blest Art leadership and the Omaha office.
What you bring
- Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience managing employees, representatives, sales teams, or territories.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple events, schedules, and priorities at once.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Willingness and ability to work regularly on weekends.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, with comfort driving for extended periods when necessary.
- Ability to transport, set up, pack, and handle merchandise and display materials.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Professional standards: Professionalism, integrity, dependability, and good judgment are essential. The successful candidate must be comfortable representing Blest Art professionally when interacting with clergy, church leadership, parish staff, parishioners, employees, and business partners.
Highly desirable: Experience in outside sales, territory management, regional sales management, business development, church outreach, nonprofit organizations, fundraising, or other relationship-driven environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with Catholic or Christian parish environments is an advantage.
Work setup: In person, with travel to regional and overnight events required.
