Job Description

An energetic Sales Development Representative serves as the initial contact point for prospects and helps drive revenue in B2B and B2C home improvement sales.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled appointments provided by the company.
  • Assess properties to determine project needs and close opportunities.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through effective communication, needs assessment, and tailored solutions.
  • Use CRM tools to capture leads, log customer interactions, and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills during conversations with prospects to move them through the sales funnel confidently.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and industry trends to provide valuable insights during customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or any sales within a construction or similar environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English or Spanish, with the ability to articulate sales concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated resilience and grit for maintaining performance through frequent rejections and high‑pressure environments.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally while delivering exceptional service.
  • Prior experience with negotiation, marketing and collaboration is a differentiator.

  • Competitive pay with paid training base weekly salary from $700 to $1,000.
  • Average reps earn $350,000 to $400,000 annually based on drive and performance.
  • High‑ticket deals with uncapped commission.

  • Total compensation starts from $350,000 per year.

Training & Support

  • Hands-on training sales program for 2 weeks plus onboarding.
  • Learn processes, product knowledge, and systems.
  • Ongoing support from management and the leadership team.
