Job Description
Lish is hiring 2-3 Sales Development Representatives for a 4-6 week contract-to-hire program in Seattle. The role centers on outbound prospecting to spark opportunities and engage with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies, all within a hybrid in-office schedule. A successful trial can lead to a full-time SDR position.
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations
- Initiate discussions with decision-makers at mid-size and enterprise firms
- Qualify prospects and secure meetings for the Lish Sales team
- Keep prospect and activity data accurate in the CRM
- Collaborate with the Account Executive to refine messaging and outreach tactics
- Learn the basics of B2B pipeline development and outbound sales
- Track activity metrics and meetings booked
Requirements
- Enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations with professionals you have not met
- Competitive mindset and motivation to hit targets and improve performance
- Coachable and eager to learn how successful sales teams operate
- Organized, able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Interest in sales, startups, or business development
- Recent college graduate or early career professional pursuing a sales path
- Clear verbal communication for an effective phone presence
- Fast learner who adapts well in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort handling high-volume daily outreach
- Desire to understand client challenges and offer relevant solutions
- Solid writing skills for email and LinkedIn outreach
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Experience with CRM tools, sales outreach, or customer-facing work is a plus but not required
- Residence in the Greater Seattle area with regular in-office attendance required
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (now or in the future)
Compensation
- Annual salary range listed: USD 60,000 - 80,000
- Contract term: paid 4-6 weeks with potential to convert to full-time
- Full-time SDR base salary range: USD 50,000 - 58,000 plus commission and benefits
