Rippling invites you to join as a Sales Development Representative, Acquisition, focusing on prospecting and qualifying current customers for cross-sell opportunities. You’ll help build pipelines that support Account Executives and Account Managers. This onsite role in New York, NY offers a base salary of $105,000 per year and opportunities to collaborate across marketing and cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep product knowledge across Rippling's platform and stay informed about the competitive landscape.
  • Execute outbound outreach with strategic, targeted messaging to upmarket prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and run outbound campaigns that increase lead volume.
  • Prospect into both new and existing accounts using proven sales methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and keep data up to date.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
