Job Description

Rippling is hiring a hybrid outbound Sales Development Representative in New York, NY. This role offers an hourly rate of USD 43 to 50 and centers on prospecting and qualifying new customers, building a robust pipeline, and collaborating with Marketing and Account Executives to drive top-of-funnel opportunities.

As part of the team, you will develop a deep understanding of Rippling's platform and stay aware of the competitive landscape, while contributing to a collaborative, cross-functional environment that values thoughtful outreach and data-driven results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform and the competitive landscape.
  • Qualify and manage outbound leads using defined criteria.
  • Execute outbound outreach with strategic messaging to upmarket prospects.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design and manage outbound campaigns that increase lead volume.
  • Prospect into new accounts following proven sales methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and keep data up to date.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with multiple teams at Rippling.
  • Desire to join a competitive, team-based environment.
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required for this role.
