Job Description

Seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the Midwest region for NewVision Security, responsible for guiding regional sales teams and expanding project revenue, service agreements, and recurring revenue in coordination with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop regional sales teams
  • Drive performance through KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline reviews
  • Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and execution
  • Oversee hiring, development, and performance management
  • Grow revenue from projects, service agreements, and recurring streams
  • Expand existing customer relationships and pursue new business
  • Develop vertical market and service sales strategies
  • Improve service agreement uptake and recurring monthly revenue attachment
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance
  • Standardize sales processes, pricing, and CRM discipline
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy and sales efficiency
  • Participate in leadership discussions, planning, and strategic initiatives
  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals
  • Coach emerging leaders and future managers across the organization
  • Build a culture rooted in accountability, continuous improvement, and the NewVision Blueprint
  • Support career growth and leadership development across all regions
  • Create clear expectations, development plans, and succession pathways for top performers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven success leading multi-region sales teams
  • Experience selling project-based solutions, service agreements, and recurring revenue
  • Strong coaching, forecasting, and team development skills
  • Ability to travel between offices: Bismarck, ND; Dickinson, ND; Fargo, ND; Rapid City, SD

Work Location

Onsite in Bismarck, ND. This position requires in-person work at the headquarters site with travel to other regional offices as needed.
