Sales Manager

Fortitude Fitness Gym is seeking a Sales Manager in Vancouver, WA to build and oversee sales efforts for new memberships while supporting ongoing member retention. This role blends direct lead outreach, social media content, team support, and performance tracking to improve results over time.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will develop and manage sales strategies aimed at driving new memberships and retaining current clients. The position also includes lead follow-up, social media content management, training and support for understaffed team members, and tracking sales metrics to refine outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales strategies that increase new memberships and support client retention.
• Conduct cold calls, follow up on leads, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Create and manage engaging social media content to highlight offers and promote services.
• Collaborate with current staff and train understaffed team members in sales techniques.
• Track and analyze sales metrics to refine outreach strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing social media and creating content.
• Ability to collaborate with others and lead training for understaffed team members.
• Passion for fitness and a proactive approach to driving results.

Compensation and Job Details

• Salary range: USD 40,000 - 80,000 per year
• Employment type: Full-time
