About the role

A sales leadership position overseeing outside door‑to‑door representatives in roofing and restoration. The focus is on driving production, coaching performance, and shaping a disciplined, high‑trust team culture that delivers consistent results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of outside D2D sales representatives
  • Manage daily activities including door knocking, inspections, and closing
  • Provide ride‑along coaching and field guidance
  • Improve close rates from inspection to contract
  • Lead structured, efficient sales meetings
  • Hold team members accountable to performance standards
  • Assist with deal strategy and closing support

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a D2D sales team
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, Go High Level CRM, lead generation, Job Nimbus
  • Roofing, construction, or storm restoration experience preferred
  • Insurance claim / Xactimate experience
  • Strong field leadership skills (not limited to office management)
  • Calm under pressure and emotionally disciplined
  • High accountability mindset
  • Team‑first mentality (no ego‑driven leadership)
  • Ability to coach, train, and develop others
