- Base salary: $120,000 – $200,000 per year

About the role
A sales leadership position overseeing outside door‑to‑door representatives in roofing and restoration. The focus is on driving production, coaching performance, and shaping a disciplined, high‑trust team culture that delivers consistent results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of outside D2D sales representatives
- Manage daily activities including door knocking, inspections, and closing
- Provide ride‑along coaching and field guidance
- Improve close rates from inspection to contract
- Lead structured, efficient sales meetings
- Hold team members accountable to performance standards
- Assist with deal strategy and closing support
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a D2D sales team
- Knowledge of digital marketing, Go High Level CRM, lead generation, Job Nimbus
- Roofing, construction, or storm restoration experience preferred
- Insurance claim / Xactimate experience
- Strong field leadership skills (not limited to office management)
- Calm under pressure and emotionally disciplined
- High accountability mindset
- Team‑first mentality (no ego‑driven leadership)
- Ability to coach, train, and develop others
