Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee programs to meet operating objectives, including recruiting, profitability, office budget, revenue and transaction volumes, core services utilization, space usage, and other metrics defined by executive leadership.
  • Align programs with affiliate goals (title, mortgage, insurance, home warranty, relocation) and promote affiliated services to sales associates while sustaining strong partnerships with affiliated services staff.
  • Communicate, implement, and support company programs and changes to agents and staff, including marketing initiatives, technology projects, and human resources programs.
  • Manage staff activities such as recruiting, selection, training, development, evaluation, coaching, motivation, scheduling, supervision, and salary administration.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to corporate departments as needed for effective management.
  • Participate in company meetings and events.
  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit and retain independent contractor sales associates.
  • Lead regular coaching, mentoring, and business planning activities to elevate technical and sales knowledge and performance.
  • Provide prompt support to sales agents on all real estate transaction matters and help resolve challenging issues, including coaching on difficult customer scenarios.
  • Organize and lead effective office sales meetings.
  • Foster high participation and satisfaction in training and education programs at both company and office levels.
  • Drive office activities and community outreach to boost morale and market presence.
  • Maintain a positive, motivated office environment through clear communication and strong staff relationships; address conflicts promptly and maintain visibility for agents and staff.
  • Engage in community activities and local real estate boards as appropriate.
  • Remain knowledgeable about company policies, real estate regulations, and market trends; ensure staff compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as needed to fulfill the job’s purpose and meet performance expectations.
  • Deliver results within established timeframes with a high level of quality and professionalism, and foster positive relationships with staff, clients, and business partners.
  • Demonstrate the competencies required to complete responsibilities and pursue ongoing professional development.
  • Adhere to HR policies, code of conduct, and all company procedures, including safeguarding confidential information, punctuality, and safety practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of real estate experience with documented sales success and strong transactional expertise.
  • Experience in general business functions such as sales, management, or administrative management, including budgeting, supervision, and business planning.
  • Previous real estate sales management experience with proven results in profit management and recruitment/retention of sales associates.
  • Solid knowledge of state and federal real estate regulations.
  • High level of technical and transactional real estate expertise.
  • Strong technology skills, including basic MS Office, real estate-related internet applications, and experience with communication device technologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple issues and projects, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; action oriented.
  • Must hold a Florida Real Estate Broker license.

Technologies: MS Office, real estate related internet applications, communication device technologies.
