Senior Living Sales Manager

Paramount Senior Living is hiring a Senior Living Sales Manager in Fredericksburg, VA to drive occupancy growth through a mix of lead generation, relationship building, and guided tours. In this onsite role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and their families, supporting them through the decision-making process from first inquiry to move-in.

The position focuses on turning qualified interest into scheduled tours and completed conversions, while keeping sales activity organized and aligned with community occupancy goals. You’ll also work closely with department leaders to help ensure a smooth resident transition after move-in.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage qualified leads
• Conduct community tours for prospective residents and families
• Build relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales process
• Overcome objections and address concerns related to senior living options
• Convert inquiries into scheduled tours and move-ins
• Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records
• Support community occupancy goals through effective sales and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a smooth resident transition

Requirements

• Proven sales, business development, or admissions experience
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience managing leads and maintaining a consistent follow-up process
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and close opportunities

Preferred

• Senior Living, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospice, Healthcare Admissions, or Healthcare Sales experience
• Experience working with occupancy goals, move-in targets, or commission-based performance metrics
• CRM or applicant tracking system experience

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 65,000 per year.
