Small Business Sales Manager 4
Job Description
U.S. Bank National Association is seeking a Small Business Sales Manager 4 to lead a team of Small Business Specialists across an assigned geography in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Working onsite, this role drives sales under the One Bank strategy, grows market share, and oversees relationship management and risk. The position offers a salary range of USD 124,695 to 161,370 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree along with four or more years of sales leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Small Business Specialists within the defined geography to execute sales initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
- Accountable for sales leadership aligned with the One Bank strategy and for increasing market share.
- Collaborate with branch banking stakeholders to develop, communicate, and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting or exceeding business objectives.
- Cultivate a customer obsessed team culture while overseeing relationship management, business development activities, and related risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Typically four or more years of sales management experience.

Location expectations
- This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location five days per week.
