  • Proactively work with Presidio Account Managers to identify whitespace, customer priorities, and accounts where SSP solutions can deliver measurable business value.

  • Lead account mapping with Presidio, Cisco, and Splunk stakeholders to identify target accounts, buying centers, key influencers, decision-makers, and potential use cases.
  • Drive achievement of assigned gross profit and pipeline goals with emphasis on Professional Services, Subscription Services, and repeatable packaged solutions.
  • Create demand for SSP offerings by connecting customer business and technical challenges to clear outcomes, value propositions, and actionable next steps.
  • Partner with Presidio Account Managers, Sales Leaders, Solutions Architects, and Services Leaders to develop customer strategies and translate requirements into Statements of Work and packaged services proposals.
  • Present and articulate SSP capabilities and thought leadership to technical and executive audiences through customer meetings, workshops, partner sessions, and events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Cisco and Splunk account teams to support introductions, account alignment, deal registration, opportunity strategy, and discounting.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM management, including timely opportunity creation, activity tracking, pipeline updates, and accurate forecasting.
  • Stay current on Splunk, Cisco, cybersecurity, observability, AI, and data management trends to identify new customer conversations and develop relevant sales plays.
  • Share successful sales plays, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and lessons learned to strengthen SSP field enablement and scale repeatable growth across the Central region.

  • Working knowledge of security, observability, data, and information technology platforms, with the ability to translate technical capabilities to business value.
  • Strong communication skills across listening, written communication, executive presentation, and virtual collaboration.
