European Wax Center is looking for a fun, bright, outgoing Assistant Manager for a full-time, in-person opportunity in Delray Beach, FL. • Deliver excellent customer service every day.
• Consistently sell packages and products to support customer goals.
• Keep the center impeccably clean and aligned with established standards.
• Support progress toward metrics goals and help the team stay on track.
• Coach associate performance by using available metrics and reinforcing achievement and accountability that encourage professional growth.
