Bilingual Assistant Sales Manager

Metro By T-Mobile in Dayton, OH is hiring a bilingual Assistant Sales Manager to support customers, drive sales performance, and help the store run smoothly onsite.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them to the right products or next steps
• Share clear, accurate details on product features, pricing, and after-sales services
• Answer questions related to specific products and services
• Compare prices and features to help customers make purchasing decisions
• Cross-sell additional products based on customer needs
• Maintain full rack presentation by ensuring merchandise is properly stocked
• Handle merchandise returns in accordance with store procedures
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to deliver excellent customer service, especially during peak periods
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Collect and pass customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay current on new products and services

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
• Working understanding of the retail sales process
• Knowledge of consumer behavior principles
• Familiarity with inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships
• High school degree
• Spanish (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay

• $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
