Job Description

Genpact LLC is hiring a Business Development Executive 3 to help drive sales growth by positioning BPO, ITO, and consulting offerings for enterprise clients. This hybrid role is based in New York, NY, where you will focus on building commercial momentum, closing large outsourcing engagements, and advising C-level leaders on strategy.

The position is a Regular role with a Variable work shift across the United States, offering an approximate annual base compensation range of USD 100,000 to 125,000. The target education background includes a Masters in Business Analytics or related degrees such as Masters in Business Administration, Bachelors in Commerce, or Bachelors in Economics.

What you will do

  • Generate $10M in annual contract value by positioning Genpact’s BPO, ITO, and consulting offerings.
  • Develop and communicate a strategic sales plan to reach assigned business development goals.
  • Close outsourcing engagements valued at $25M to $100M+ with EVP and C-level buyers.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities in the applicable vertical and work to secure new clients.
  • Collaborate closely with account management and delivery organizations to support a client-centric culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering thought leadership on current business issues and strategy to C-level executives.
  • Use executive-level relationships to strengthen Genpact’s brand and improve market position in the vertical.
  • Represent Genpact at industry events, including conferences and tradeshows, to promote the brand and expand networks.
