Job Description

Keenfinity is seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to spearhead the company’s push into new markets for professional audio technology. This on-site role in Burnsville, Minnesota emphasizes building fresh opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving growth through an uncapped commission structure, with clear avenues for career advancement. You’ll position advanced audio solutions such as microphones, loudspeakers, DSP, and networked systems to meet real business needs in modern environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build New Markets: identify white space opportunities where our professional audio solutions can create a measurable impact, and establish Keenfinity’s presence in new verticals.
  • Create Relationships That Drive Growth: network with business leaders, consultants, architects, AV/IT professionals, influencers, and end users to develop partnerships that open doors and generate opportunities.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: learn to position cutting-edge microphones, loudspeakers, DSP, and networked audio solutions to address real business challenges.
  • Drive Revenue & Earn Without Limits: develop your own pipeline, close strategic opportunities, and directly influence company growth with unlimited commission.
  • Help Shape the Future of the Company: share ideas, market insights, and customer feedback to influence product development, strategy, and expansion into new industries.

Requirements

  • A recent graduate with interest or background in audio, audio engineering, music technology, business, marketing, or communications.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to succeed.
  • Confident in building relationships and starting conversations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and emerging trends.
  • Creative thinker who identifies opportunities others may miss.
