Salary: USD 175,000 - 350,000 per year
Minimum experience: 7 years

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the General Manager and the operational sales team to set objectives and strategies aligned with the company’s business development goals within the assigned segment.
- Lead market research to identify qualified target areas, projects, and clients.
- Build and sustain an external presence in the marketplace.
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold outreach, market research, and participation in industry events.
- Create and implement business development action plans for targeted opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations to assemble project teams for proposals.
- Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Coach project teams to deliver effective presentations.
- Address client needs prior to contract execution and throughout project delivery.
- Advise and liaise with prospective and current clients, providing planning and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and legal counsel to negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions.
- Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.
- Manage Business Development Engineers, including performance evaluations and development plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least seven years of construction industry experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction with field experience and/or preconstruction exposure.
- Demonstrates initiative, leadership, and independent thinking within a team environment; strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Advanced presentation and sales skills.
