Business Development Manager
Job Description
Join PRN Physical Therapy as a Business Development Manager and help expand access to care through strategic partnerships, targeted client acquisition, and ongoing market analysis. This is a full-time role based in Idaho with travel requirements across the Treasure Valley and periodic out-of-state visits to support regional growth.
In this position, you will build relationships across the healthcare industry, work with the marketing team to support promotional efforts, and track sales performance to drive measurable revenue outcomes. Responsibilities
- Devise and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s reach in healthcare.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover growth opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, and other potential clients to generate new business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract and retain clients.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations.
- Manage ongoing partnerships to ensure mutual benefits and long-term success.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that support revenue growth, sales targets, and profitability.
- Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and share insights to improve sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare or rehabilitation industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, trends, and the regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed and a valid driver’s license.
Travel details
- Travel throughout the Treasure Valley area, including occasional travel to Idaho Falls.
- Periodic out-of-state travel, approximately once per quarter, to neighboring markets to support business development, strengthen regional partnerships, and drive growth opportunities.
Compensation and schedule
- Pay: $65,000 to $85,000 per year plus commission
- Schedule: Full time
- Location: Remote (remote), Idaho
