Business Development Manager for CBG

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for the CBG to steer the global growth of its FAO practice. The role focuses on expanding market presence, cultivating executive relationships, and securing large transformational deals across geographies. Based onsite in Dallas, TX, this position blends strategic deal origination with cross-functional leadership to drive sustained growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and originate new FAO deals across geographies
• Engage executive stakeholders to shape opportunities and secure commitments
• Develop offerings and refine market positioning for finance and accounting outsourcing services
• Leverage shared services and transformation expertise in client engagements
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver large‑scale transformations

Requirements

• 13+ years of experience in F&A outsourcing / BPO
• Background in consulting or shared services transformation initiatives
• Proven success closing large FAO deals, with preference for deals over $20M TCV
• Strong network and experience engaging CFO‑level stakeholders
• Ability to create and scale service offerings
• Experience driving growth in shared services or GBS environments
• Deep knowledge of end‑to‑end F&A processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A)
• Awareness of finance transformation trends including automation, AI, and analytics
