Job Description

Medblocks Inc offers a compensation package designed for impact and growth in healthcare IT. Expect a base salary range of USD 40,000 to 80,000 per year with uncapped commissions, direct access to leadership, and a culture that values meaningful work, flexibility, and respect for your time. The role supports in-field prospecting, client visits, conference attendance, and enterprise relationship-building, with travel across the United States. This onsite position is based in Worcester, MA, and is ideal for someone in the Boston metro area or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for healthcare IT services and corporate training engagements
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline targeting US-based health systems, EHR vendors, digital health companies, payers, and health-tech startups
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to existing and prospective clients across the US; travel is required
  • Develop deep, trust-based relationships with decision-makers: CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Chief Medical Informatics Officers, and procurement leads
  • Represent Medblocks at healthcare IT conferences, trade shows, and industry events

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years selling into healthcare IT, health-tech, or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles β€” prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Background in selling corporate training or learning and development programs to enterprises
  • Comfort with in-person client meetings, site visits, and travel up to 30–40% of the time
  • Strong LinkedIn social selling skills β€” ability to build pipeline through content, engagement, and direct outreach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Boston, MA metro area
