Inside sales focused Business Development Representative role at Hibu in Oskaloosa, IA (hybrid), engaging small and medium-sized businesses nationwide with tailored digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Be at the forefront of the Inside Sales team, connecting with small and medium-sized businesses nationwide to identify their needs, present tailored digital marketing solutions, and build long-term relationships that drive real results.
  • Start conversations with warm leads through strategic calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Consult with confidence by delivering compelling sales presentations that showcase Hibu’s all-in-one digital platform — websites, SEO/SEM, display ads, social media, and more.
  • Close deals by driving revenue and converting prospects into loyal clients.
  • Build relationships as a trusted advisor, helping clients grow their business through strategic marketing.
  • Stay sharp by continuously learning and mastering Hibu’s products, tools, and sales techniques.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by competing, collaborating, and celebrating wins with a high-energy team.

Requirements

  • Passion for sales, digital marketing, and helping small businesses succeed.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
  • Excellent communicator with strong time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Background check required.

Compensation & Career Growth

  • Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $50–60K+ (Base salary plus uncapped commission and monthly bonuses).
  • Year 2 Average Earnings: $71.8K+ with significant upside potential.

Work Arrangements

Distance-based hybrid work environment tied to our Cedar Rapids, IA office—office days scale by distance, with 80+ miles fully remote (optional office visits).
