  • Support installation and assist with sea trials on OEM new model installations.
  • Travel to OEMs and OEM dealers weekly, while building and maintaining current contact lists in NetSuite (the company CRM system).
  • Compile information and create custom sales packets for OEM sales teams and dealers, including sea trial results and installation photos, to help dealer representatives become Seakeeper Ride experts.
  • Share program results, industry trends, and creative inspiration with the team to drive results and support Ride’s mission.
  • Support and attend Seakeeper Ride boat shows and events.

  • Knowledge of navigation systems, marine safety, and vessel operation.
  • Ability to perform manual labor and work in varying weather conditions, including being on the water for extended periods in all weather and wave conditions.
  • Ability to pass drug screening and participate in random testing, along with requirements related to safely transporting passengers.
  • Capability to keep vessels and the company truck presentable at all times.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, including exploring territories unknown to Seakeeper Ride.
  • Charismatic, authentic presentation skills and strong communication abilities in both verbal and written formats.
  • Passion for working with people and a “won’t take no for an answer” attitude.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and strong time management, multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Drive to move the needle, fail fast, and understand customers and trends to guide sales initiatives.
  • Professionalism, responsiveness, resourcefulness, flexibility, and strong organization.
  • Results-driven mindset and unquestionable integrity.
  • Comfort working in Microsoft Office products.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Tools You’ll Use

Additional Notes

  • You will work out of the Fort Myers office when not traveling.
  • You should expect travel up to 70% of the time across the United States.
  • You will report to the National OEM Sales Manager based in Fort Myers, while working closely with the broader America’s OEM Sales team.
