Sales Manager, USA East Coast

Xshore is expanding its dealer footprint in the United States and needs a Sales Manager to cover the USA East Coast. This is a remote role based in the Cleveland, OH area, focused on selling electric boats to dealers and expanding account types across a broad territory.

Working from Maine to Florida and across the Great Lakes, you will sign stocking dealers, run sea trials, and strengthen dealer readiness so first boats can land smoothly. You will also maintain a clear view of pipeline progress by reporting weekly on leads, sea trials, offers, and deposits.

What you will do

• Sign stocking dealers in key boating markets along the East Coast and Great Lakes
• Run sea trials and maintain local presence, starting with Dealer Week in Tampa (6–9 December)
• Open marina, boat-club and resort accounts alongside dealers
• Ensure each dealer receives a local service partner handoff before their first boat lands
• Report pipeline activity weekly, including leads, sea trials, offers, and deposits

Where you will be based and travel

• Remote, with regular travel across the territory
• Primary coverage: Florida, the Carolinas, Chesapeake, New York/New England, and the Great Lakes

About the opportunity

You will sign dealers and sell boats from Maine to Florida and across the Great Lakes. Xshore has a US importer in place, a demo boat on the water, and dealer floor-plan finance in progress. What the territory currently lacks is consistent weekly dealer calling, and this role is built to address that directly.

Requirements

• 5+ years selling boats or marine products to US dealers
• Dealer principals who take your call because they know you
• Comfort speaking honestly about what electric does well today and where it is not yet strong
• Comfort with a pay package tied to what you sell
• Authorized to work in the US

Compensation and reimbursements

• Base salary plus commission on every boat, with no cap
• Travel and mileage reimbursed
