Job Description

Commission-only outside sales role with residual income and daily cash bonuses in a protected territory. You will work from Middletown, NY onsite, directing pre-set appointments to help secure a Business Analysts a Survey Agreement while building momentum with small to medium sized business owners. The position offers realistic first-year earnings of $100K-$110K, with upside potential through high 6 figure commissions, plus comprehensive training and ongoing development.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare for appointments received from your assistant the day before, with local travel for each meeting.
  • Lead 3 to 4 sales appointments daily with owners of small to medium sized businesses, focusing on marketing and securing a Business Analysts a Survey Agreement.
  • Share appointment feedback and new lead opportunities by contacting the Business Coordinator.
  • Review the day’s successes and challenges with your Sales Manager and receive sales support as needed, with administrative support designed to support your outcomes.

What you bring

  • At least 3 years of business ownership experience and/or 3 years of face-to-face direct sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but the company will consider the right experience in place of a degree.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, able to work effectively with little or no supervision.
  • Outgoing with strong relationship-building skills, especially with business owners, presidents, and CEO’s.
  • Strong communication with excellent listening skills to uncover the real pain a client may be experiencing.
  • Ability to begin work immediately.

Compensation and territory

  • Commission-only with residual income and daily cash bonuses.
  • $100,000 to $110,000 realistic first-year earnings.
  • Protected territory and pre-set appointments.
  • Territory available in the Hot Springs area.
