Fantuan is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Specialist to craft marketing strategies, expand partnerships, and achieve monthly sales and order targets. This onsite role is based in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with the platform’s growth objectives.
Design promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility and awareness.
Establish and cultivate relationships with target groups such as schools, professional associations, and other potential partners.
Assess customer needs and drive marketing activities accordingly.
Proactively expand the partner network while maintaining strong relations with existing partners.
Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales and order targets.
Create user manuals to guide customers through registration, installation, and usage of Fantuan products.
Organize offline promotions for the company’s product lines.
Travel to client sites to conduct sales activities and engagements.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with solid logical thinking abilities.
Genuine enthusiasm for the service industry.
Prior experience in catering, marketing and publicity, or the food delivery sector is preferred.
Demonstrated learning ability, adaptability, innovation, execution capability, and resilience under pressure.
Creative, responsible, and proficient at teamwork.
Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, including Word and Excel, and familiarity with industry online databases.
Willingness to travel to customers' locations.
B2B sales experience of 1 year is preferred.
